Categories

Document categories let you control which property groups are shown for different kinds of files.

In addition to Part, Assembly, and Drawing, you can create custom categories like Layout Drawing or Electrical Assembly.

For each document category, add one or more property groups to populate the Property Edit panel. Multiple rules are treated as AND conditions, so all rules must be true.

Categories are evaluated from top to bottom. If you have a special Part category with multiple rules, place it above the generic Part category.
